The repair person showed up on time, got the work completed properly in a timely manner. He knew what he was doing and was able to take a Tetris style wiring problem and solve it to code. Thank you very much.
I asked for a replacement switch when I first called, but the dispatcher forgot to tell him. Justin turned it into a positive experience and drove out to the store to not only pick up the needed part, but a second switch so they would match. He was friendly, courteous and professional and had our tangle of wires solved in minimal time. Thanks again, Justin!
